The Base de données géographiques et administratives à l’échelle 1/1 000 000 contains detailed small scale mapping (1:1 000 000) of Quebec in e00 (ArcInfo) and coverage (ArcInfo/ArcGIS) format. The layers available in this database are: major roads, railways, ferries, major energy transmission lines, lakes, rivers, ocean, localities, airports, and urban areas. In addition, the adminsitrative database contains the boundaries and names for: administrative regions, regional muncipalities (MRCs - Municipalités régionales de comté et territoires équivalents), municipalities, Aboriginal reserves, unorganized territories, and metropolitain regions.
