If you are having issues logging into WorldCat Discovery, the root cause is in most cases related to your browser's cache. To test whether this is the case, the first thing you should try is to open a private window (in Chrome, File-> New Incognito Window; in Firefox, File->New private window) and then attempt to log in again.
If doing so results in a successful login, you might consider clearing your cache, which should resolve the issue (here are instructions for Chrome and Firefox).
You might want to consider deleting the cookies for the WorldCat.org domain. This should resolve the issue if clearing your cache didn't work. Here are instructions for Chrome and Firefox.
If you get a 405 error and notice that the authentication URL is proxied: https://authn-sd04-worldcat-org.proxy3.library.mcgill.ca... The error is probably linked to the Zotero Browser plugin.
Within the Zotero plug-in, you can go to settings and then Proxy settings:
