The NVivo workspace is composed of five main elements.
- Ribbon – Toolbar that contains common NVivo commands.
- Navigation View – This panel lists all the items in your project, grouped under categories (Data, Coding, Cases, Notes, Sets, Queries, Visualizations and Reports).
- List View – This area displays the contents of the folder selected in the Navigation View.
- Detail View – The main work area in NVivo, where you can explore the content of your project items.
- Quick Coding bar – Provides a fast way to code content.
