- Centre for Performance Science: A partnership of the Royal College of Music and the Imperial College London, involved in research, teaching, and knowledge exchange in music performance science. The Centre has published studies regarding performers' health and well-being and hosts a podcast exploring the science of performing and the role of performance in society.
- CIRMMT: Research Axis 3: Cognition, perception and movement: CIRMMT, the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Music Media and Technology, is a multi-disciplinary research group based at the Schulich School of Music of McGill University. In keeping with the Centre's mission to develop innovative approaches to the scientific study of music, some CIRMMT researchers study areas such as emotional response, motor skills and control, embodiment and movement synchronization, including their implications on music pedagogy, prevention of musician’s injuries and on the cultural study of music.
- Healthy Conservatoires: Network of member institutions, aiming to inspire the creation of educational and professional environments that promote health and wellbeing. Provides a variety of resources to help performers and organizations work towards healthier environments, practices, policies, and provision.
- Performing Arts Medicine Association: An organization focused on improving the health of the performing artist, with Medical Problems of Performing Artist as their official journal.
- Texas Center for Performing Arts Health: A UNT and UNTHSC partnership aiming to meet the rapidly evolving needs of the performing arts community, with a focus on education, research, and clinical outreach activities.
