In the course of carrying out their profession, musicians face a particular set of challenges related to maintaining physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
This guide provides resources to support musicians' health and wellness, complementing initiatives of the Schulich School of Music in this area.

NOTE: The resources on this Library guide cannot replace the advice of a health professional who specializes in treating musicians. If you are experiencing pain or discomfort while playing or singing, please stop immediately and seek help. If you are not sure of the available resources and need advice, please consult services available through the Student Wellness Hub or contact Douglas McNabney, Associate Dean of Academic and Student Affairs, by email or on the 7th Floor (Elizabeth Wirth Music Building).
