       Resources for Indigenous health can be found in a variety of databases. Consider looking for region-specific databases in your area of study when looking for a certain Indigenous group or at a specific area. PubMed
Core research database with more than 37 million citations for biomedical and health-related literature from the National Library of Medicine.

Bibliography of Indigenous peoples in North America
Bibliographic database covering all aspects of Indigenous North American culture, history, and life. Topics include archaeology, multicultural relations, gaming, governance, legend, and literacy. Dates of coverage for included content range from the sixteenth century to the present.

Central source for information on the health of Arctic peoples and aspects of their environment with over 250,000 records

Native American Ethnobotany Database
Database of Aboriginal food, drugs, dyes, and fibers derived from plants.

University of Saskatchewan Indigenous Studies Portal
Database for a variety of Indigenous-based subject material organized by subject headings.

FNIGC Online Library
Compiled database for the First Nations' Information Governance Centre national reports, publications, and resources.

Medline(r) OVID from 1946 onward
Contains over 23 million bibliographic citations and author abstracts from more than 5,600 biomedicine and life sciences journals in nearly 40 languages

CINAHL Plus 
Full text database encompassing nursing and allied health journals. Contains approximately 770 journals from the CINAHL index with coverage back to 1937.

PsycINFO, 1806 onward
Index database for psychology. Covers professional and academic literature in psychology and related disciplines, including medicine, psychiatry, nursing, sociology, pharmacology, physiology and linguistics.
