The Marvin Duchow Music Library offers an equipment lending service to support the needs of current Schulich School of Music students, faculty, and staff. Certain items are also available to the larger McGill community.
This guide provides an introduction to some of the audio-visual equipment items available to be borrowed. It is designed to help you identify which items are best suited to your needs and provide you with tips on how to use the equipment.
A separate guide about borrowing equipment, Audiovisual equipment at the Music Library, provides a list of equipment available, information about how to place reservation requests, and details about borrowing policies.
Reservations are required for most items and must be requested in advance using the Equipment reservation request form.
