  • Consumer Health Guide. A guide to help you get started in finding reliable health information on the Internet.
  • Cookspiration Provides recipe ideas served up to suit your mood and schedule.
  • Help Guide. Offers concise and easy-to-read information and tips on a wide variety of mental health related topics, including (but not limited to) emotional intelligence, relationships and communication, abuse, addictions, suicide prevention, eating disorders, depression and anxiety, PTSD and bipolar disorder. 
  • How to Flourish: Practical Activities Supported by Scientific Research, produced by Harvard University.
  • Kanopy. An on-demand streaming video service. It offers more than a hundred videos on Health & wellness.
  • MoodGym. A free, online, self-help program that provides cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) skills to help those vulnerable to depression and anxiety.
