Annual Reports & Filings

Annual reports are released yearly by public companies as part of their filings. In the U.S. these may be labeled 10K Reports. The following resources can be used to access a company's annual reports.

Mergent Online

SEDAR

EDGAR
United States public company filings through the Securities and Exchange Commission. Use to review public U.S. companies for financial and annual reports.

Analyst Reports

J.P. Morgan Research

The database features thousands of analyst reports covering over 3,000 global companies and all industries. Derived from Morgan Markets - J.P. Morgan's exclusive information for key clients and investors - these reports are made available to academic users for education and research purposes.
Coverage is 2011 to current with a one week embargo.
Reports cover equities and company performance, global and regional economics and financial strategy, foreign exchange, commodities, liquidity, and emerging markets.
Investext
Contains investment research reports on companies and industries, prepared by analysts at investment banks, brokerage houses, and consulting firms worldwide.
