Find articles, books, and learning opportunities in chemistry

Welcome to the chemistry guide

This guide is a good place to start if you are new to using library services, or if you have a project or paper to complete. I am available for help one-on-one if you would like to make an appointment. If you are here exploring resources in chemistry, be sure to check out the learn online section to find free courses that may be of interest. There is also information on using the ACS style and downloading ChemOffice and EndNote below.

If you can't find the article or book you want in the collection, McGill students and staff may order material using COLOMBO (interlibrary loan). You can also email me (April) to suggest a purchase. We may be able to obtain a copy for the Schulich Library.

  • Download the EndNote software. It will help with organizing your search results, as well as citing your references in Word documents.
