EndNote 21 is now available at McGill! If you want to switch from 20 to 21, you can download it below. Make sure to uninstall EndNote 20 before installing 21.
Functionally, it is the same as EndNote 20, however, EndNote 21 comes with a new feature, color-coding tagging (similar to Zotero). Clarivate has created two 7-minute training videos for Mac and PC, but EndNote 20 training videos are still valid.

McGill students and staff may download EndNote free of charge onto their personal computers at home or at the university.
