- Digitized contents with metadata viewable online. Rights and access information available to guide further use
- UNESCO: Memory of the World (MoW)
- A registry of world's documentary heritage, particularly in areas affected by conflict and/or natural disaster, with over 490 archival collections currently in the MoW International Register
- The Nomination Form of each collection provides essential information about the location, the legal owner(s), the custodian(s), the contents, and the impact of the physical archive
