Student Nights Against Procrastination: Wellness

This page is dedicated to helping you ace the balance! Fighting procrastination is important when it comes to studying at McGill but a stressed mind will rarely help productivity (or creativity!). Anxiety, stress, or perhaps just a wish to vent are hardly rare, especially during exam season. So after combing through endless material, we now present to you a ton of McGill and Non-McGill resources to help you find that peace of mind.

Look into these McGill resources specifically designed to cater to members of the community. We have official university programs, student-run organizations and much more!

Keep.meSAFE is available to all McGill students, 24/7/365 for any mental health concerns, or if you'd like to just talk to a professional. This lovely service is very accessible (60 different languages, anywhere in the world) and safe.

The Midnight Kitchen provides accessible food to many people, aiming to empower individuals and communities. Even with the pandemic, there is programming targeting those who need to access a reliable food source.

The Student Wellness Hub has a variety of resources. Whether you are looking for workshops or guidance from a professional, the remote resources are just as effective and allow for the space for you to work on your habits and wellness.

If you would like to talk to non-professionals in empathic and active listening spaces, the Peer Support Centre is open during the day, and McGill's Nightline is available until 3am, for absolutely anything you want to get off your mind.
