Several local research databases and indexes previously hosted by the Marvin Duchow Music Library are migrating to new platforms. Note that subscription databases that are part of the Music Library’s collection will not be affected by these changes.

Migrated in 2023 and now accessible through the McGill Libraries’ Archival Collections Catalogue as the Schulich School of Music Performance Archive. Through this archive, the Schulich School of Music provides McGill-only access to a concert recordings database of large ensemble performances (including opera) from 2008 to the present. Recording metadata is openly accessible.
The Music Library databases/sites below are in the process of being migrated to new platforms. In the meantime, some information about these resources can be found on the Library's Music Special Collections guide.
