The easiest way to find UN documents is by using a Google advanced search.

Go to a Google advanced search, type in the name of the document and the URL of the UN (un.org)

You should be able to find the full text version of the document in the results.

• United Nations Official Documents: Full-text U.N. masthead documents from 1993-present, and resolutions from 1946-present.
• United Nations Treaty Collections: More than 560 multilateral treaties which cover a broad range of subject matters such as human rights, disarmament and protection of the environment.
