Securities Data Company (SDC) Platinum is a historical financial transactions database with detailed information on new M&As, bonds, syndicated loans, private equity, project finance, poison pills, and more. It provides League Table rankings for investment banks and law firms, as well as helps to identify and analyze deal trends.
