Adam Matthews Explorer includes a number of collections from the British National Archives:

Gale Primary Sources includes a number collections, among which Archives Unbound:

PAIS Archive (1915-1976) consists of indexing and abstracting of articles, books, conference proceedings, government documents, book chapters, and statistical directories about public affairs.

Open Access

Digivatlib is the Vatican Library's repository for digitized manuscripts, and includes 100 Ottoman manuscripts.

Hakkı Tarık Us Collection is a digital archive of Ottoman periodicals available at the Beyazit State Library.

IRCICA: Farabi Digital Library includes digital Salname's: Ottoman Yearbooks, and a collection of official Ottoman State Yearbooks (Salname). Note that registration is required to access some features.
